Using Ilume
Ilume lets you generate, preview, and purchase custom light show files for supported electric vehicles. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Not affiliated with Tesla
Ilume is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla and model names are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.
Your music
You must own or have the right to use any music you upload. You're responsible for how you use the song and the exported files, including any public playback.
Safety and your vehicle
Run light shows only while parked, in a safe location, with people, pets, and objects clear of doors, mirrors, windows, the charge port, and other moving parts. Follow your vehicle's instructions and local laws, including noise and lighting rules. Shows use your vehicle's built-in light show feature. Availability and behavior depend on your vehicle and its software. You use Ilume shows at your own risk.
Purchases and refunds
Previews are free. Each full show export costs the price shown at checkout (currently $9.99 USD before any promo code), paid through Stripe. Because exports are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If a file fails to download or won't load on a supported vehicle, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
Promo codes
Promo codes are single-use, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
License
When you purchase an export, you may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell Ilume exports or copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
No warranty
Ilume is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be error-free or compatible with every vehicle or software version.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ilume isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for damage to vehicles, property, or people resulting from using light shows. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the show in question.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE], USA.
